Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year parents and students! As we move back into in-person learning, here are some things to remember:
- Health Screens must be completed each day for each student. Health Screens may be completed on Parent Square or with the paper form. Parents will be asked by a staff member at the time of drop off if the Health Screen has been completed. For students that ride the bus and walk to school, please make sure that their Health Screen is complete before they arrive to school. If you are unable to do the Health Screen before drop off or before they arrive to school, please call Fallon Dulik at (360) 645-2382.
- Breakfast meals are being delivered (times have been sent out via Parent Square).
- Lunch is now being eaten in the classroom. It is crucial that the students understand the importance of lunch time safety in the classroom. To keep our students and staff as safe as possible, students must eat at their desk with their shield up. While they are eating, they need to remember how important it is to stay in their own space within their shield while their masks are off. Parents - please remind your children how important it is to follow the lunch time safety rules. We are doing our best to make sure all students and staff are protected as much as possible so we can continue in person learning.
Notes from the school nurse:
Ways to stay healthy- wash hands frequently, don't touch your face, do not share eating utensils or cups, drink a lot of water, get a good amount of sleep each night, and cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your elbow when you cough or sneeze.
